The DreamHack Dallas 2023 promises to be grandiose for e-sports fans

Having suffered the full brunt of the consequences of the Covid-19 pandemic in 2021, the stage e-sports regains a certain dynamism for a few months. The latest example, the DreamHack Dallas 2023 will take place from June 3 to 5 next year and promises to be more spectacular than ever! A few weeks before the start of the event, here is the program of the DreamHack Dallas 2023.

Presentation of the DreamHack organization

Since its creation in 2010, DreamHack is one of the most influential organizations on the e-sports scene. For more than ten years now, the Swedish firm has been organizing LAN events all over the world and hosting some of the biggest video game competitions. Like the entire profession, DreamHack nevertheless suffered from the consequences of the Covid-19 pandemic and was forced to cancel certain events in 2020 and 2021.

For this new year, DreamHack has nevertheless seen things in a big way with 10 Organized LAN in 9 host cities and 6 countries (Sweden, Spain, USA, Australia, India, the Netherlands). E-sports enthusiasts therefore have every interest in remembering the following dates :

The program of the DreamHack Dallas 2023

From June 3 to 5, the DreamHack Dallas 2023 will take place at the Dallas Convention Center , a complex with an area of 186,000 m2. On the program: exhibitions, concerts, cosplay contests, professional e-sports competitions and much more! Some events are also particularly awaited by the public.

To get started, the DreamHack Amateur Open tournament is open to all Fortnite players! The prize money amounts to $25,000, which may encourage fans of the famous battle royale to try their luck in Dallas. To participate, you simply need to buy a ticket for the DreamHack Dallas 2023 and go to the Dallas Convention Center with your computer or console.

The concert of Motionless in White will also be one of the attractions of the weekend. Formed in 2005, this rock band has already released five studio albums and is in danger of setting fire to the Dallas Convention Center! If the weekend program has something to cheer the participants, everyone is especially looking forward to the start of the Intel Extreme Masters.

The Intel Extreme Masters as the highlight of the show

The DreamHack Dallas 2023 will host the Intel Extreme Masters (IEM), which is one of the most prestigious events concerning the Counter-Strike: Global Offensive game. EMIS register as part of the ESL Pro Tour , the flagship competition of CS:GO. It is therefore quite natural that the best teams in the world will compete on the occasion of the Intel Extreme Masters in Dallas.

The prize money amounts to $250,000 , of which 100,000 just for the winner! The winning team will also win 4300 points for the ESL Pro Tour. The group stage will start a few days before the start of the DreamHack Dallas 2023, on May 30th, while the grand final will close an emotional weekend on June 5th!
