What is Customer Support for? What do you do for me?
Our highly trained customer service staff can assist
with technical support problems, account services issues
and game problems. For outside of the game help,
Technical Support and Account Services, please go to
our knowledge base
and search for your answer in our knowledge base. If you
can't find a solution, use the "Ask a Question" feature
to submit a help request to us. We will usually have an
answer to you within 24-48 hours. This knowledge base
can also be used to find the answers to game play
questions and even has some helpful play tips. Customers
that use our "feedback" option to submit a problem and
solution to us for a problem that they solve on their
own, have a chance to be recognized if we post your
solution in the knowledge base.
If a customer has problems inside the game, there are
several ways to get assistance. The fastest way is
simply to ask another player. Quite often, fellow
players are more than happy to assist with your
questions. If other players cannot assist you and you
must get help from a GM, use the HELP button inside the
game to enter a petition. Our GM staff will reply to you
as soon as possible, usually within a few minutes.
